Fathom Systems collaborate with Safe Air Diving & Hukkelberg for next generation Light Diving Craft

Fathom Systems Ltd. are delighted to announce the signing of a three-way collaborative agreement with Danish based Safe Air Diving A/S and Norwegian based boat building specialists Brödrene Hukkelberg AS. Together, this will see the introduction of the most technically advanced, state of the art LDC (Light Diving Craft) to the commercial diving market in 2018.

The new generation of high specification LDC will initially be offered in both a 12m and 14m version, the latter hosting an inspection class ROV. The SOLAS specification vessel built by Hukkelberg incorporates a 3-diver Nitrox/Air Dive System suitable for inshore and offshore operation in many industry sectors including oil & gas, offshore renewable energy and fisheries. The LDC is also offered with an optional containerised twin lock 1.8m chamber system and dive control container – designed and manufactured by Safe Air Diving A/S in Denmark and outfitted with Fathom Systems equipment similar to that featured in the LDC.
