The system allows customers to view any open 'Tickets' and look through the history of any previous support questions. It also allows us to deal with your queries more efficiently.
If you have not used the system before, go to the helpdesk 'Login' page and click the 'Register' button to create your own login account. This will provide access to the helpdesk system.
When accessing the helpdesk system, please quote 'After Sales Service and Remote Support' number.
