3rd new build Dive System contract award from LEXMAR

Fathom Systems Ltd. are delighted to announce the third contract award from Singapore based dive system manufacturing specialists LEXMAR Sat Systems Pte Ltd for the supply of equipment for a new build 18 Man Twin Bell saturation dive system.

The project requirements call for a repeat supply of Fathom’s high accuracy intelligent gas analysers, digital diver voice communications and diver monitoring system equipment and is a result of several weeks of discussion between parties.

LEXMAR have been an established provider of diving equipment products and services to the offshore market for over 18 years. They specialise in the design and manufacturing of in-built and modular saturation diving systems with required Class Approvals ABS, BV, DNV, RMRS and full IMCA compliancy. The engagement of Fathom Systems, specialists of 10 years in the provision of quality advanced technology products and services to the commercial diving sector, fully complements the LEXMAR capability.

The new build multi-purpose ice-class vessel is commissioned by New Orient Marine Pte Ltd. and constructed by Keppel Singmarine Pte Ltd., is due for delivery to Maritime Construction Services in the middle of 2017.  The vessel will feature a LEXMAR 18 man BV classed twin bell, twin SPHL saturation dive system suitable for operations to 300 metres, plus surface supply air dive system. The vessel also includes work class ROVs.
