NG3 Module

The NG3 Module with integrated electronic circuitry accommodates up to 2 x bi-directional* valves with the option of having sandwich mount pilot operated check valves fitted or in lieu of this, a pressure transducer module. A variant of the standard NG3 module may also accommodate a Wandfluh sandwich mount pressure control valve c/w integral reduced system pressure measurement transducer. This may also have a PO check valve installed, thus providing a ‘triple deck’ valve sandwich for flow, load holding and pressure control. For the ‘triple deck’ assembly, a variant lid assembly is required that subsequently increases the overall height.

NG3 valves installed may be either centre-open (type ADB) or centre-closed (type ACB) spool type. When fitting PO check valves, used commonly for load-holding applications such as manipulator arm operation or FLOT (flying lead orientation tool), we recommend the fitting of a pressure relief valve module to the underside of this module as a safety precaution.
